PSNews – In line with the master plan of the Ministry of Public Security to measure the satisfaction of people and organizations with administrative services provided by public security agencies and units in 2019, the Traffic Police Department on May 29 also launched a plan to measure the public satisfaction with the service of the Traffic Police Force in road vehicle registration and management.
Accordingly, each individual or organization when working with the Traffic Police Department ton administrative procedures will receive a questionnaire to rate the degree of their satisfaction with the service they have received form traffic police officers.
The plan aims to measure how people and organizations are satisfied with the services provided by agencies and units of the Traffic Police Department in 2019.
The survey’s results will help the Department identify and overcome shortcomings and limitations of its affiliated units, as well as serve as good suggestions for it to improve the quality and efficiency of its administrative service, and to correct wrong attitudes of police officers and soldiers when serving people.
The social survey will be carried out during May and June. The Department will also deploy officers to offices to provide the questionnaire for visiting people to ensure that the reality will be reflected in the survey’s results in an objective, honest, democratic and transparent, accurate manner.
By now, the Traffic Police Department is the first unit of the Ministry of Public Security to roll out the plan.By An Nhien
