Training course on communications and cipher launched in Hai Phong

Speaking at the opening ceremony, Major General Nguyen The Binh, Director of the Department of Telecommunications and Cipher said that the training course aimed at improving skills and knowledge of communications and cipher for leaders in charge of telecommunications and cipher in police units.
The training course consisted of 6 main topics, such as the transmission infrastructure network in public security units, the orientation for the development and modernization of the public security cipher force, and the communications and cipher network building.
Participants were also provided with knowledge about wireless and wired communication networks in the Public Security Forces.
Major General Nguyen The Binh also affirmed that the training course was very important and helpful for communications and cipher police officers as well as for leaders of public security units to develop the communications and cipher force.
