The cooperation program includes concrete contents to promote regular and close cooperation between the two parties in effectively directing and implementing resolutions and directions of the Party and State on maintaining national security, political stability and social order; fighting plots and attempts related to the “peaceful revolution” strategy of hostile forces in the fields of ideology and culture; and preventing all manifestations of self-transformation and self-evolution inside the Party.

At the same time, the program also aims to honor and praise outstanding good individuals and teams in the movements “Building a strong and clean police force”, “All People protecting national security”, and “Building up police officers’ manners of bravery, humanity and devotedness for the people”.

The signing of the cooperation program between the two agencies has created an important foundation to promote cooperation and mutual supports to fulfill their tasks assigned by the Party, State and people.
