Vietnam Border Guard Academy and Police Guard Regiment 600 bolster training coordination

PSNews – A ceremony to sign regulations on training coordination between the Vietnam Border Guard Academy under the Defense Ministry and Regiment 600 of the Police Guard Command under the Ministry of Public Security was held on November 29th.


The ceremony saw the participation of Major General Nguyen Huu Quang, Deputy Commander of the Police Guard Command, representatives of the Vietnam Border Guard Academy, Regiment 600 and leaders of relevant units.

This signing of the regulations on training coordination between the two sides aims to promote the force building of each unit.

Speaking at the conference, Senior Colonel Dau Van Dien, Chief of the Regiment 600 underlined that the Vietnam Border Guard Academy and Regiment 600 have many functions and tasks in common. Officers and soldiers of Regiment 600, who experienced training courses in the academy, have now become more mature, qualified and capable at work.

Meanwhile, Regiment 600 can serve as an ideal environment for students of the Vietnam Border Guard Academy to apply their acquired theoretical knowledge into practical activities.

After the signing, the border guard delegation visited the Traditional Hall of Regiment 600 and participated in an sporting event.
