Speaking at the meeting, Minister To Lam emphasized that in recent years, cooperation between Vietnam and the United States has been growing strongly, and achieved many important results, especially in the field of investment and trade.

Minister To Lam highly appreciated the effective contributions of the US-ASEAN Business Council and US businesses to promoting the economic, trade and investment ties between the two countries, contributing to bringing the two countries’ relations to a new height.
In addition to the existing cooperation areas, Minister To Lam hoped that, in the coming time, the Vietnamese Ministry of Public Security and US businesses will further strengthen cooperation in the fields of technology, technology transfer, as well as in providing technical counseling and supporting techniques for crime prevention and fighting, fire prevention and fighting, rescue missions, and medical care.
On behalf of the business delegation of the US-ASEAN Business Council, Mr. Alexander Feldman highly valued the cooperation between the two countries in recent times. He stressed that the outcomes of bilateral cooperation will serve as an important premise for the two sides to expand bilateral cooperation in both current and new areas in the coming time.
The President of the US-ASEAN Business Council hoped that, in the coming time, the Government of Vietnam in general, the Ministry of Public Security in particular will continue to create favorable conditions for US businesses to do business and invest in Vietnam.
