Vietnam and China promote security ties

Deputy Minister Bui Van Nam congratulated the Chinese delegation on the success of the first session of the National People's Congress of the 13th session of the People's Republic of China, and affirmed that the bilateral relationship between Vietnam and China in general, and cooperation between the Ministry of Public Security (MPS) of Vietnam and China's Ministry of State Security have developed in many fields, especially in national security protection. High-level leaders of the two countries have visited, worked to cement and deepen the relationship between Vietnam and China with a focus on strengthening political trust, promoting the comprehensive strategic partnership between the two countries to a new high level.

Deputy Minister Bui Van Nam hoped that the two sides would continue to exchange practical experiences in order to strengthen the cooperation between the two countries in general and the two ministries in particular in the time to come; continue to effectively deploy bilateral cooperation mechanisms in exchanging information, consulting policies and sharing experiences in prevention and combat against crimes undermining national security in each country.
Mr. Yang Ge Ming thanked the Vietnamese Deputy Minister for his warm reception and affirmed that he will contribute further to expanding cooperation between the two countries in general and between the two ministries in particular.
