Vinh Phuc Provincial Police Department deploys police officers to communal posts

The Provincial Police Department of Vinh Phuc held a ceremony on October 29 to announce decisions made by its director to deploy full-time police officers to communal police posts.

At the event, Senior Colonel Dinh Ngoc Khoa, Director of Vinh Phuc Provincial Police, hands decisions and flowers to 10 policemen to take the position of chief of communal police posts; and Senior Colonel Le Thanh Binh, Vice Director of Vinh Phuc Provincial Police, hands decisions and flowers to 19 other policemen deployed to take the position of vice chief of communal police posts. According to the leadership of the Vinh Phuc Provincial Police Department, the newly-appointed police officers were posted to the communes and townships with more complex security issues.

These police officers all deployed have all been well trained in political and professional terms.

Speaking at the event, Senior Colonel Le Thanh Binh congratulated the newly-appointed officers and asked them to try their best to fulfill their given tasks and duties.

He noted that the police officers should thoroughly grasp the local public order and security situations and ensure safety and security for the upcoming Party congresses at all levels and the 13th National Party Congress. They should also take measures to effectively suppress crimes and social evils in the designated localities, especially during the upcoming Traditional Tet and spring festivals as well as local political, cultural and social events.

Reportedly, full-time police officers have been deployed to the positions of chief and vice chief of communal posts in 13 out of the 121 communes and townships in Vinh Phuc.
