Writing contest on Ho Chi Minh’s thoughts on Public Security Forces launched

PSNews – The Ministry of Public Security (MPS) on January 12 met with Boards of Organizers and Judges of the writing contest “Ho Chi Minh’s thoughts on Public Security Forces”, an activity to celebrate the 70th anniversary of the movement of “Public Security Forces follow 6 teachings of Uncle Ho” (March 11, 1948).

The meeting was attended by Senior Colonel Nguyen Hai Trung, Vice Director of the General Department of Politics (G.D 3), Head of the Organizing Board and Major General Dao Gia Bao, Director of the Department of Political Work, Vice Head of the Organizing Board.

According to the organizers, the contest is organized to encourage all officers and soldiers in the forces to learn, follow and apply thoughts of President Ho Chi Minh into their work and fight against criminals to ensure security and order.

All officers and soldiers of the Public Security Forces of Vietnam are qualified to join the contest.

Each can choose one of the two topics: Ho Chi Minh’s thoughts on the role of the people in ensuring security and order, and Ho Chi Minh’s thoughts on personnel and personnel and organization work in the Public Security Forces.

The award ceremony is expected to take place on March 6, 2018 when a series of activities will be organized by the MPS to celebrate the 70th anniversary of the movement of “Public Security Forces follow 6 teachings of Uncle Ho”.
