Young Police officers participated in Blood Donation Day

The Youth Union Chapter under the Binh Duong Provincial Police in association with Hospital 304 and Mobile Police Battalions No. 2 and No. 3, under the Ministry of Public Security (MPS) organized a Blood Donation Day, themed “Giot hong yeu thuong – Se chia nghia tinh” (Blood of love – Compassion Sharing).

Lieutenant Tran Thanh Tuyen, Deputy Secretary of the Youth Union Chapter of Binh Duong police force, said: "The voluntary Blood Donation Day attracts the participation of various young police officers. This is the first blood donation drive of the Binh Duong Provincial Police in 2017."

According to Dr. Ngo Thanh Huu, Deputy Head of the Hematology Division of Hospital 304, after the donation day, 225 units of blood were transferred to the blood bank for medical purposes. Voluntary blood donation has become a good tradition of police’s youth, making contribution to the traditions of dedication and sacrifice for the people of the People's Police force, the force ready to make ultimate sacrifice to the country and offer best service to people.
