Youths of Bac Lieu police join hands to clean local environment

The launching ceremony was in response to the campaign to make the world cleaner in 2019 themed “Local action, global impact” by reducing and preventing plastic pollution.
After the launching ceremony, over 30 police officers and soldiers from different units under the Bac Lieu Provincial Police Department joint hands with workers of the Urban Service Center of Bac Lieu province to clear up waste and garbage in the Bac Lieu bus station, the victory monument and the public areas, and plant trees and dredged canals.

According to Senior Lieutenant Truong Tan Tai, Secretary of the Youth Union chapter of the Bac Lieu Road Traffic Police Division, the series of activities aimed at educating environmental protection for local police officers and soldiers and people.
The activities also aimed at disseminating and mobilizing local people to participate in building a green, clean,beautiful environment.
