Youths of Mobile Police hold gratitude activities in Nghe An

PSNews - On the occasion of the 71st anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs’ Day (July 27), the Youth Union members of the High Command of Mobile Police on July 21 and 22 held many meaningful activities to pay tribute to heroic martyrs, and presented gifts to needy students in the historical land of Truong Bon, Nghe An Province.

On July 22, the Youth Union chapter of the High Command of Mobile Police offered floral wreaths and paid tribute to heroic martyrs who had sacrificed their lives on the Truong Bon historical land.

Earlier, on July 21, the Youth Union chapter of Mobile Police in coordination with functional units organized a cultural exchange program themed "The journey following the heroes' footsteps" in Ngoc Son Commune, Do Luong District, Nghe An Province.

Senior Lieutenant Dau Ba Tuan, Secretary of the Youth Union chapter of the High Command of Mobile Police said that these activities served as a political education drive, arousing and promoting the pride of the nation's revolutionary tradition, popularizing heroism and patriotism of the previous generations among youths, and bringing into full play the tradition of revolutionary struggle as well as the Vietnamese people's philosophy "When drinking water, remember its source" and the gratitude philosophy of the nation.

At the cultural exchange night, youths of the High Command of Mobile Police also presented 20 packs of gifts worth 20 million VND to 20 needy children in Ngoc Son Commune, Do Luong District, Nghe An Province.
