7th Science Film Festival to kick off in Vietnam

PSNews – With the theme “Anthropocene Age”, the 7th Science Film Festival will take place from October 6 to December 7 in 28 cities and provinces of Vietnam. 

“Anthropocene Age” refers to the fact that for thousands of years, humans have made their impact on nature, and have changed nature. Today, we experience Anthropocene through climate change. Our world with plants and animals are facing a crisis.

19 films which will be screened on this year- festival not only reflects on these problems but also shows us the beauty and vulnerability of the ecosystems on our Earth. The films will also be synchronized in Vietnamese.

There will also be games and experiments for children and adolescent relating to many topics such as nature, environmental protection and new technologies.

Science Film Festival is an initiative of Goethe-Institute to promote science education and creative learning. This year-event will take place in 23 countries in Southeast Asia, South Asia, Middle East, South Africa and Lower Sahara.
