In fact, the first satellite-based global positioning station at the Moc Chau Agricultural Meteorological Station in Moc Chau district, Son La province has put in operation. This station represents one of the 65 CORS network in Vietnam.
The CORS will be built across the country, to receive and transmit signals from global positioning stations and to the central station for data processing.
At the central station, data will be rechecked and assessed in order to produce data products, such as post-processed data and real time adjusted data. Moreover, data will be stored in the servers to serve users.
