Volkswagen Vietnam expands dealership network to the North

Volkswagen Long Bien is formed as the first 4S agent (Sales-Service - Spare parts - global System) of the biggest European car brand in Hanoi.

With the investment of over VND 30 billion (USD 1.3 million), Volkswagen Long Bien is built on a total area of 3,000 square meters, comprising two main areas: a 900sq.m showroom displaying all Volkswagen models distributed in Vietnam, including Polo, Jetta, Passat, Tiguan, Touareg, Sharan, and Scirocco, a 70sq.m state-of-the-art training center, and a 1,600sq.m maintenance area.

The standard service area consists of 12 general repair and maintenance cabins and five car body repair and painting cabins. The painting rooms meet the Volkswagen standards with modern paint-mixing and coloring system in closed areas to ensure environmental hygiene.

The service area is fully-equipped with Volkswagen’s diagnostic system and global network software. The spare part warehouse is 150sq.m in area with 3,000 100% genuine parts imported from Brussel depot (Germany).

Volkswagen Long Bien is expected to receive 7,000 vehicles each year.
