Xuan Chinh has becomes the first commune in Ninh Binh province to complete the issuance of chip-based ID cards for residents from the age of 14.

Xuan Chinh commune is about 10km from the center of Kim Son district. It has 13 villages with an area of nearly 7 sq.km. The commune is home to 1,685 households or 6,143 people, of which Catholics make up 86.79% of the commune's population.

Over the past time, the Xuan Chinh Communal Police Post has prioritized its assets and efforts  to effectively implement the Government's Project 06.

At first, it launched a campaign to issue chip-based ID cards to local people, following the motto "Go to every alley, knock every door, check every person".

For citizens who go to work in other provinces, local police officers contacted them via social networks such as Facebook, Zalo and guided them to finish the application for chip-based ID cards.

Thanks to their creative working methods and effective coordination with the Police Team for Social Order Administrative Management under the Kim Son District Police Station, by April 9th, 100% of the commune’s residents from the age of 14 has been granted a chip-based ID card.

This has made Xuan Chinh become the first commune completing the chip-based ID card project in the province.
