Deputy Minister Luong Tam Quang hosts monthly meeting with citizens

Leader of the Ministry of Public Security (MPS) had a monthly meeting with citizens at the ministry’s Citizen Reception Hall (No. 99 Nguyen Tuan, Thanh Xuan Trung ward, Thanh Xuan district, Hanoi).

At this month’s meetings, Deputy Minister Luong Tam Quang attentively listened to people’s queries on a number of issues.

After that the deputy minister answered some queries related to the Public Security Forces and the Ministry of Public Security’s responsibilities.

At the meeting, Deputy Minister Luong Tam Quang also received and read every complaint and petition of the citizens.

He then assigned the MPS Inspectorate to coordinate with concerned public security agencies and local police units to give answers to citizens’ questions in accordance with laws and report the results to the MPS leadership.

Regarding complaints that are beyond the responsibility of the MPS, Deputy Minister Luong Tam Quang instructed citizens to send them to the relevant agencies with  jurisdiction.

Participating citizens thanked the MPS leader for his answers to their problems or requesting concerned agencies of the MPS to deal with their queries.
