Grand parade shows honor, pride and strength of the Mobile Police Force takes place in Hanoi
The 50th Founding Anniversary of the Mobile Police Force was solemnly celebrated on the morning of April 14, 2024 in Hanoi with the participation of a number of senior officials from the Government, Central agencies, ministries as well as leaders of the Ministry of Public Security.
During the celebration, delegates listened to reports on the force’s history of force building and development as well as results of training and task performance of the force in recent times.
Specially, delegates observed a grand parade with the participation of more than 5,000 mobile police officers and enlistees, modern weapons and 100 specially-functioned vehicles, including counter-terrorism vehicles and bulletproof armored vehicles.
To prepare for the parade, thousands of officers and enlistees had been mobilized to train for three months.
It was the first time the Mobile Police Cammand held such a parade, demonstrating the honor, pride and strength of the key revolutionary armed force in ensuring security and order.
After having joined the parade, more than 1,000 officers and enlistees moved to Dien Bien Phu city to participate in the all-armed forces parade their in celebration of the 70th anniversary of the Dien Bien Phu Victory May 7).
