The theoretical and practical values of President Ho Chi Minh's Testament were the main focus of a scientific seminar held in Hanoi on August 14 as the country looks back on the 50 years implementing the leader’s final document.

During his lifetime, President Ho Chi Minh, who founded the Communist Party of Vietnam (CPV), paid special attention to Party building and rectification to make the ruling Party stronger and purer.
More than 700 materials, photos and objects are on display at an exhibition titled “50 Years of Implementing President Ho Chi Minh’s Testament' at the Vietnam National Library.
