Tờ Guardian (Anh) đưa tin, vấn nạn quấy rối, tấn công tình dục đang diễn ra tại nhiều văn phòng làm việc của Liên hợp quốc (UN) trên khắp thế giới. Hàng chục nhân viên của UN hiện đang làm việc hoặc đã nghỉ hưu nói rằng, có một "nền văn hoá im lặng" tồn tại khi nạn nhân không muốn lên tiếng tố cáo những vụ việc vi phạm vì nhiều lý do khác nhau.
