The 4-day festival is themed “The quintessence of Vietnamese spices”.

The 4-day festival, called “The quintessence of Vietnamese spices”, will offer an opportunity for experts and businesses to discuss new trends in world cuisine and spices for consumers’ nutrition, post-COVID19 recovery, and the immune system.

The event also creates an opportunity to promote spices and facilitates exchanges to promote domestic and export markets for the products.

Within the event, a Vietnamese spice map will be introduced, along with the OCOP model.

The festival is expected to draw 40 booths of Vietnamese high-quality goods enterprises, start-ups, and craft villages operating in the food sector that use spices.

A wide variety of attractive activities will also be held during the festival including performances by chefs, exchanges with culinary experts, a cooking show and exhibitions on unique fancy spices.

The festival is jointly organized by the Business Association of High Quality Vietnamese Products, the Food and Foodstuff Association of Ho Chi Minh City (FFA) and relevant units.
