Businesses in Hanoi required to create QR code scan points
The Hanoi Municipal People’s Committee required all businesses which are eligible for operation to create QR code places for their customers to scan.
The Hanoi Municipal People’s Committee has permitted 19 districts to resume certain services starting from 12:00 on September 16, in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic under control.
The “green” zones consist of Ba Dinh, Ba Vi, Bac Tu Liem, Cau Giay, Dan Phuong, Gia Lam, Hoai Duc, Long Bien, Me Linh, My Duc, Nam Tu Liem, Phu Xuyen, Phuc Tho, Quoc Oai, Soc Son,Thanh Oai, Tay Ho, Ung Hoa and Son Tay town
The businesses and services in the “green” zones that are permitted to reopen, starting from the noon of September 16, include book and stationery stores; car and motorbike services; electronics, refrigeration, and household appliance repair services; and takeaway food and drink services.
The Hanoi administration requested the establishments to operate under local authorities’ guidance and supervision and seriously abide the anti-pandemic regulation. All staff of the operational businesses should regularly make health declarations and comply with the 5K measures, ask customers to scan QR codes, frequently disinfect the establishments, and minimize direct contact with each other and with customers.
