Speaking at the event, Deputy Minister of Health Do Xuan Tuyen noted that under the resolution, ministries and agencies were assigned to issue common guidelines for nationwide implementation.

About new points in the Resolution, Chairman of the National Institute of Hematology and Blood Transfusion Prof. Nguyen Anh Tri said the issuance of the Resolution No.128 is timely and suitable with realities, marking a milestone for the country to switch to new normal.

Deputy Minister of Transport Le Dinh Tho said Resolution No.128 is an important and timely policy at present, reflecting clear directions, receiving public consensus and obtaining certain results. It also pointed out shortcomings to recover economic development and fight the pandemic. A series of policies and measures in the Resolution are very suitable.

He added that organisation is decisive to the success of the Resolution implementation. It is also necessary to pay attention to inspection over implementation.

Deputy head of the NA Standing Committee’s Ombudsman Board Luu Binh Nhuong said the switch to new normal needs high consensus, abidance and timely information.

He asked localities to follow directions from the State, raise public awareness of the effort and guide them how to follow, thus contributing to the effective implementation of the Resolution in the time to come.
