The meeting also saw the attendance of various leaders of the Ministry of Public Security and the National Defense Academy as well as 62 learners of the training course.
Speaking at the event, Minister To Lam briefed the delegates and trainees on the security situation of the country and the achievements made by the People's Public Security Forces over the past months, saying that the forces in coordination with relevant Central agencies, ministries, branches and local authorities have maintained political security, social order and safety, contributing to the country's socio-economic development and foreign relations.
He affirmed that the attendees of the training course, in their working positions at Central-level agencies, ministries and local authorities, have made important contributions to the achievements of the Public Security Forces.
On behalf of the MPS, Minister To Lam thanked them for their contributions and hoped that they will further support the Public Security Forces in performing their assigned tasks. He believed that the trainees will effectively apply the knowledge acquired at the training course into their work, contributing to promoting socio-economic development tasks and ensuring national defense and security.
