Deputy Minister Le Quoc Hung hosts regular meeting with citizen
Member of the Party Central Committee and Deputy Minister of Public Security, Lieutenant General Le Quoc Hung, hosted the monthly meeting with citizens at the citizen reception office of the Ministry of Public Security (MPS), on the morning of December 16th, 2024.

The meeting was also attended by Deputy Chief Inspector of MPS Major General Ta Quang Huy and representatives from functional divisions under the MPS Inspectorate.
At the meeting, Deputy Minister Le Quoc Hung listened to two citizens from Binh Duong and Ba Ria-Vung Tau provinces complaining that the police in their provinces had not solved their problems satisfactorily.
After listening to the citizens and directly reviewing their written complaints, Deputy Minister Le Quoc Hung expressed his empathy toward the people in difficult circumstances.
The Deputy Minister received the complaints from the people, explained the problem-solving procedures and related regulations to them, and affirmed that the competent agencies would early solve the problems to ensure the legitimate rights and interests of the citizens.
The Deputy Minister assigned the MPS Inspectorate to issue a document conveying the directions of the MPS leadership, requesting the involved police units to promptly review the issues and thoroughly resolve them in accordance with the laws as well as give detailed explanations to citizens.
At the meeting, the citizens with their complaints and denunciations submitted to the MPS sincerely thanked Deputy Minister Le Quoc Hung and representatives of the MPS Inspectorate for their high sense of responsibility and empathy during the time working with them. They also thanked the MPS’s leadership for the sound direction to solve their issues in the time to come.
