MPS announces 2021 PAR Indexes of Public Security Forces

The Ministry of Public Security (MPS) held an online meeting to announce the Public Administration Reform (PAR) Indexes of its under-ministerial agencies and units in 2021. Deputy Minister of Public Security Major General Le Quoc Hung chaired the event.

According to reports at the event, the average PAR index of all public security agencies and units is 84.24%. Of all under-ministerial agencies, units and provincial-level police departments, 12 have won the “Excellent” status in administrative reforms while 76 have been ranked “Very good” and other 15 as “Good” by the leadership of the MPS.

At the meeting, the MPS also announced the Satisfaction Indexes in 2021, indicating the levels that people, businesses and civilian organizations have been satisfied with administrative procedure services provided by public security agencies and units.

In 2021, the MPS comprehensively measured the people’s satisfaction with administrative procedure services provided by public security agencies and units of all Central, provincial, district and communal levels.

The result of a survey on 29,350 people dealing with administrative procedures at various public security offices shows that 97.96% of them satisfied with the services provided by the public agencies and units. This rate met the goal set by the Government.

Within the framework of the meeting, delegates were also briefed on contents of the Master Program on State Administrative Reforms for the 2021-2030 period in the Public Security Forces.

To conclude the event, on behalf of the MPS leadership, Deputy Minister Le Quoc Hung praised the under-ministerial agencies, units and local police departments with good achievements in conducting  administration reforms.

In order to continue effective administration reforms in the Public Security Forces, Deputy Minister Le Quoc Hung asked all public security units and agencies to actively implement the Master Program on State PAR in the 2021-2030 period.

He also requested them to seriously conduct surveys on the satisfaction of people, businesses and organizations with their provided administrative procedures in the following years.
