MPS leader pays tributes to late Deputy Minister of Public Security Pham Tam Long

On the occasion of the Vietnamese Teacher’s Day, Lieutenant General Tran Quoc To, Member of the Party Central Committee and Deputy Minister of Public Security, on November 15 visited the family of late Deputy Minister of Public Security and former Principal of the People’s Security University Pham Tam Long.

On behalf of the Public Security Central Party Committee and leadership of the MPS, Deputy Minister Tran Quoc To inquired after the health of Mrs. Le Thi Thu Minh, spouse of Deputy Minister Pham Tam Long, and other family members.

Deputy Minister Tran Quoc To emphasized that the Public Security Central Party Committee and leadership of the MPS, generations of public security officers always appreciate the contributions of former leaders of the ministry, including Deputy Minister and Teacher Pham Tam Long, to the cause of national security, social order protection as well as education and training in the Public Security Forces.

Deputy Minister Tran Quoc To hoped that all family members of Teacher Pham Tam Long would promote the family’s good traditions and make more contributions to ensuring security and order.

On the same day, a delegation of the Department of Education paid tribute to late Teacher Hoang Mai, former Director of the General Department of Force Building, former Public Security Chief of Zone 12, and the family of late Teacher Pham Van Nghi, former Rector of the Central Public Security School, now the People’s Security Academy.
