Standing Deputy of the Government's Project 06 Implementation Working Group and Deputy Minister of Public Security Lieutenant General Nguyen Duy Ngoc attended and delivered a keynote speech.

Presenting a report at the conference, Deputy Director of the Police Department for Administrative Management of Social Order Senior Colonel Vu Van Tan stated three groups of core and urgent tasks of the administrative management police force in the current period, in which the force should ensure that the population data is “correct, sufficient, clean, live”, effectively realize Project 06, and change the working style of police officers in charge of residency.

Speaking at the conference, delegates from local police units offered appropriate solutions to implement the assigned task groups in their localities more effectively.

Concluding the conference, Deputy Minister Nguyen Duy Ngoc requested leaders of the participating agencies and units as well as officers in charge of administrative management and residency to quickly change their working methods from manual to technology-based. 

Meanwhile, the provincial-, district- and commune- level police units must ensure that the data of the population under their management is "correct, sufficient, clean, live", and that any wrong or lost population data is the responsibility of individual officer.
