7 beauty queens gather in Da Nang to promote Vietnam tourism

PSNews – Da Nang has become a destination for the "Miss World' 16 Reunion in Vietnam" program in 2018, a show gathering beautiful queens across the world to explore local cultural features and promote the local tourism.

As a tradition after the Miss World 2016, the beauty queen of each country will alternately invite other beauties to her homeland for culture exchange and tourism promotion. In 2017, the beauty queens held three Miss World 2016’s reunions in Thailand, Indonesia, and Sri Lanka.

In collaboration with the Da Nang Municipal Tourism Department, Miss Truong Dieu Ngoc, representative of Vietnam at the Miss World 2016, has invited 7 beauty queens from 7 countries to Da Nang and Hoi An for photo shooting and filming with the aim of promoting local tourism, from August 5 to 8.

Having selected as the 2 stops of the Miss World' 16 Reunion in Vietnam, Da Nang and Quang Nam have a great opportunity to promote their culture and tourism to international friends.

According to the Da Nang Municipal Tourism Department, local tourism will also benefit from the Miss World' 16 Reunion in Vietnam as the beauty queens will share their experiences during and after their visits to Da Nang and Hoi An on media, social networks. Additionally, their reputation will create great impact on the media around the world.

The "Miss World’16 Reunion 2018 in Vietnam" program has drawn the participation of Miss World Vietnam 2016 Truong Dieu Ngoc; 2nd runner of Miss World 2016 and Miss World Indonesia 2016 Natasha Mannuela; Miss World Thailand 2016 Jinnita Buddee; MissWorld India 2016 Priyadarshini Chatterjee; Miss World Myanmar 2016 Bella Myat Thiri Lwin; Miss World Sri Lanka 2016 Amritaa De Silva; and Miss World Japan 2016 Priyanka Yoshikawa.
