On the occasion of the 75th founding anniversary of the Vietnam People’s Public Security Forces and the 15th “All People Protecting National Security” Festive Day, the Ministry of Public Security held an art program themed "75 glorious years of the Vietnam People's Public Security Forces".
The event saw the attention of General To Lam, Member of Politburo and Minister of Public Security, among delegates from other ministries, Central-level agencies and local authorities.
Some 300 artists from the Vietnam Symphony Theater, the Vietnam National Opera and Ballet Theater, the Vietnam National Academy of Music, the Military University of Culture and Arts, the Public Security Theater performed Talented Japanese artist HonnaTetsuji conducted the orchestra.
According to Minister To Lam, over the past 75 years, the Public Security Forces have overcome all challenges and difficulties to excellently complete all missions assigned by the Party, State and people. The forces have always been loyal and followed the revolutionary path chosen by the Party, President Ho Chi Minh and Vietnam.
Especially, the People’s Public Security Forces stood side by side with the People’s Army and authorities at all levels in building and defending the Fatherland, protecting the Party and the socialist regime, and safeguarding the peaceful and happy life for the people.
The forces also well performed Vietnam’s international duties and expanded cooperation with international partners in line with the Party’s guidelines on international integration.
With all of the achievements over the past time, PM Nguyen Xuan Phuc awarded the first-class “Feat of Arms” Order to leaders of the Ministry of Public Security.
