Hanoi Dragon Boat Racing Festival kicks off

PSNews - Following the previous festival's success, the Open Hanoi Dragon Boat Racing Festival was kicked off on February 16 in Hanoi, attracting attention of many Hanoians and visitors. 

PSNews - Following the previous festival's success, the Open Hanoi Dragon Boat Racing Festival was kicked off on February 16 in Hanoi, attracting attention of many Hanoians and visitors.

The Open Hanoi Dragon Boat Racing Festival in 2019 drew the participation of 700 professional and amateur racers made up of over 30 domestic and international teams from 25 countries and territories. 

During the two-day festival, the participating teams will compete in 600 metre-long races on West Lake – the area near Ly Tu Trong Park, Thanh Nien, and Nguyen Dinh Thi roads.

In addition to professional teams from Singapore, Malaysia, Hongkong (China) and Laos, the festival has also attracted rowers from the Embassy of Sweden and Swedish Alumni in Vietnam, the US Alumni Association, and Vietnam Airlines. 
The festival attracting attention of many Hanoians and visitors.
