PSNews - With a score of 92.12 points, Vietnam has ranked ninth in a list of the 20 favourite countries worldwide to visit following its Readers’ Choice Awards 2020.
The Travel magazine Condé Nast Traveler, a US-based luxury travel and lifestyle magazine recently published its top 20 favorite countries to visit. Accordingly, Vietnam has jumped one place from one year earlier to ninth with a total of 92.12 points.

Italy led the top 20 countries by Readers' Choice Awards 2020 of Condé Nast Traveler with 94.05 points, followed by Sri Lanka (93.96 points), Portugal (93.39 points), Japan (93.35 points) and Greece (93.32 points).
Along with Vietnam, Indonesia (92.98) and Thailand (92.62 points), two Southeast Asian countries, ranked 6th and 7th among the magazine readers' choices.
The final results were ultimately based on the choices of more than 600,000 readers from across the globe who submitted their responses and ratings of their recent travel experiences of the world’s countries, cities, islands, hotels, resorts, cruise lines, airlines, and airports.
Last month, in publications in the US and UK, CNTraveler repeatedly put Vietnam on the list of new destinations to visit after the Covid-19 pandemic ends and 2021. CNTraveler explained that this vote was because Vietnam has well controlled the Covid-19 pandemic.
