Chinese wanted fugitive arrested in Vietnam

PSNews - The Fugitive Hunting Police Department under the Ministry of Public Security on March 28 said it has returned a China’s most wanted international fugitive, named Hoang Lin Bin, to the Chinese police at Tan Son Nhat International Airport.

The Police Department for Fugitive Hunt in collaboration with the Department of Foreign Affairs and the Tan Son Nhat airport security force and other related units has handed over Huang Lin Bin to the Chinese police safely and legally in the presence of representatives of the Chinese Embassy in Vietnam.

The Fugitive Hunting Police Department successfully arrested Huang Lin Bin at Tan Son Nhat International airport on March 23 2017.

According to the Chinese authorities, Huang Lin Bin, 48 y.o, from Guangxi province, has made up fake contracts to import fertilizers to Vietnam. The Chinese police then has issued a wanted notice for Huang Lin Bin accused of trade fraud, as Huang Lin Bin escaped from his place.

The Chinese police got intelligence reporting that Huang Lin Bin could have fled to Vietnam. On the request of the Chinese Embassy in Vietnam and Chinese police, the Vietnamese police with their excellent professional skills succeeded in identifying the Chinese suspect, then caught him and handed him to the Chinese police.
