IRB-Land Real Estate Co donates 500 million VND to needy people in Tuy Hoa

PSNews - The IRB-Land Real Estate Co. has just presented 500 million VND of donation to the Tuy Hoa Municipal People's Committee in support of needy local people to build their homes.

The IRB-Land Real Estate Co. on September 15 held a ceremony to announce its high-class urban project "Phoenix Garden" and broke ground for some items of the project Nam Phu Yen Economic Zone in Phu Dong Ward, Tuy Hoa City.

Under the design, Phoenix Garden township covering nearly 78 hectares will be located on the southern bank of the downstream part of the Da Rang River. The project costing nearly 6,300 billion VND is one of the key urban projects in Phu Yen.

The project consists of two 5-star hotels, 5 building complexes, 508 semi-detached houses, 226 villas and 362 townhouses.

Besides, the township also has an art exhibition center, a medical station connected to Phu Yen International Hospital, Phu Yen International Kindergarten, shopping center, cinema, 4 season swimming pools, fitness centers, 4 season gardens, children playgrounds, and 2 marinas for tourists to visit Xuan Dai Bay.

At the event, the IRB-Land Real Estate Co. donated 500 million VND to the housing project for needy people in locality.
