She made the statement at the ministry’s regular press conference in Hanoi on December 6.
From December 3, Vietnamese residents living in Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, and Da Nang are eligible for a multiple-entry visa valid for up to five years to the RoK.
To apply for this Korean visa, residents have to pay 80 USD and wait for no longer than one week, after which they will not need to apply for a Korean visa for the next five years.
Visa holders can visit the RoK at any point and stay for up to one month at a time. Once they have returned to Vietnam, they are able to revisit the RoK as they please.
