"All people protecting national security" movement celebrated in Thai Binh

PSNews – The Thai Binh Police Department on June 12 held a ceremony to celebrate the 50th Traditional Day of the force in charge of the movement "All people protecting national security" (16-6-1967 – 16-6-2017).

The ceremony saw the participation of Lieutenant General Nguyen Van Son, Deputy Minister of Public Security; leaders of general departments, departments under the Ministry of Public Security and Thai Binh province.

Over the past 50 years of building and development, the force in charge of the movement "All people protecting national security" under the Thai Binh Police Department has well contributed to building the glorious tradition "The People’s Police are ready to sacrifice themselves for the country and dedicated to serve the people."

The force has advised the Party committees and the governments at all levels to build up many outstanding models in movements, contributing to protecting national security and maintaining political security and social order in the province.

For these achievements, the force in charge of the movement "All people protecting national security" under the Thai Binh Police Department has been awarded with several noble titles.

Speaking at the ceremony, Deputy Minister Nguyen Van Son praised the recent achievements, gained by the force in charge of the movement "All people protecting national security" under the Thai Binh Police Department.

As the domestic and international situations have been forecast to see changes in the coming time, the Deputy Minister noted, the force should underline mass mobilization work as a strategic and fundamental approach to all activities of the public security forces.

“At the same time, the force should regularly renovate the contents and forms of mass mobilization work, and mobilize the strength of the entire political system for the struggle against plots of hostile forces, to facilitate socio-economic development in locality”, emphasized the Deputy Minister.
