Bac Giang Police asked to tighten disciplines and working regulations

PSNews – The Bac Giang Provincial Police on January 8 held a conference to roll out tasks for 2017 with the attendant of Senior Lieutenant General To Lam, Minister of Public Security.

The event also saw the participations of leaders of Bac Giang province.

Delivering a summarization report on task performance of the provincial police force in 2016, Senior Colonel Pham Manh Thuong, Director of the Bac Giang Provincial Police said the force well performed its functions as an advisor to the local Party Committee and local authorities on national security and management of social order and safety.

Minister To Lam handing Feat of Arms Order and Emulation Flag by the Ministry of Public Security to organizations and individuals for their outstanding achievements.

The Bac Giang Provincial Police also well grasped the situation to give advice on time to relevant agencies to resolve civil contradictions and disputes as well as petitions, and avoiding complicating the situation of social order and security at land clearance and road extension projects, Director of the Bac Giang Provincial Police added.

Addressing the conference, Minister To Lam hailed the good outcomes gained by officers and soldiers of the Bac Giang Provincial Police in 2016.

The Minister of Public Security also expressed thanks to the Bac Giang Provincial Party Committee, People’s Council and People’s Committee for their sound leadership in implementing local public security work and for their efficient cooperation and support for local police agencies and units.

Minister To Lam also asked the Bac Giang Police force to focus on promoting Party building and building clean and disciplined People’s Public Security Forces, and to well implement the 12th Party Central Committee’s Resolution No.4 on “Strengthening Party building and rectification”.

All officers and soldiers of the provincial police force were urged to follow the slogan issued the Ministry in 2017 "Innovative, Proactive, Disciplined, Responsible and Effective," to strictly apply working regulations, and well implement directives and guidelines by the Politburo, the PCC‘s Secretariat and the Prime Minister.

“The Bac Giang Police should have good insight into the local situation and deploy synchronous measures to avoid complicated issues, contributing more to local socio-economic development”, Minister To Lam emphasized.

At the conference, Minister To Lam and Secretary of the Bac Giang Provincial Party Committee awarded the Feat of Arms Order and Emulation Flag by the Ministry of Public Security to organizations and individuals for their outstanding achievements in the past time.
