The 7th Da Lat Flower Festival opened in Da Lat city, Lam Dong province on December 24, featuring a string of diverse cultural and tourism activities.

To ensure smooth traffic and to create a friendlier atmosphere during the festival, the Lam Dong Traffic Police force has assigned a number of young women officers to places of heavy traffic to perform traffic control duties during peak hours.
