CAND Newspaper’s leader extends New Year greetings to MPS’s former leaders

PSNews – A delegation of the People’s Public Security (CAND) Newspaper, led by Major General Pham Van Mien, Editor in Chief of the CAND Newspaper on January 30 and 31 visited and extended New Year greetings to families of former leaders of the Ministry of Public Security.

Major General Pham Van Mien led the delegation to visit Lieutenant General Vo Thai Hoa, former Deputy Minister of Public Security; and Senior Lieutenant General Bui Quang Ben, former Deputy Minister of Public Security.

During the meetings, Major General Pham Van Mien briefed the former leaders of the Ministry of Public Security on the CAND Newspaper’s development and achievements in recent times.
The Editor in Chief of the CAND Newspaper took the chance to wish good health to Lieutenant General Vo Thai Hoa, Senior Lieutenant General Bui Quang Ben and their families.
On this occasion, the delegation also visited and extended New Year greetings to families of late Ministers of Public Security Bui Thien Ngo and Nguyen Van Rop.
Representatives of the families thanked Major General Pham Van Mien and the delegation for their sentiments. They also congratulated the CAND Newspaper on its increased status, position and development.
