A working team of the Administrative Management of Social Order Police Division under the Can Tho Municipal Police on November 1 arrived in Tan An ward, Ninh Kieu district to grant ID cards for free to the local elderly.
With the support from the Tan An Ward’s People Committee, the working team of the Can Tho Municipal Police Department helped local people complete the administrative procedures for ID card issuance, and granted ID cards to 25 locals.
Since the beginning of 2019, the unit has twice sent working teams to localities to offer ID card issuance services to needy local people.
Such a program of the local police has helped disadvantaged people save their time and money, thus leaving a good impression of the police officers of Can Tho on local people.
