Deputy Minister Nguyen Van Thanh presents gifts to people and students in Lam Dong
Within the framework of his visit to Lam Dong province, Senior Lieutenant General Nguyen Van Thanh, Member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Minister of Public Security together with the leaders of the Lam Dong People's Committee and the Directorate of the Lam Dong Provincial Police Department attended a ceremony on December 13 to hand over a gratitude house funded by the Ministry of Public Security to the family of Lieutenant K'Kèng, an officer of the Bao Lam District Police Station.

Lieutenant K’Kèng is a young security officer graduated from People’s Security University. His family had lived in a cramped home.
In order to help the poor officer, the Ministry of Public Security’s leadership offered Lieutenant K’Kèng 80 million VND to build a new spacious house while the Lam Dong Provincial Police Department and the Bao Lam District Police Station presented officer K’Kèng’s family with several household items.
Senior Lieutenant General Nguyen Van Thanh also inquired after local people and encouraged officer K’Kèng and his family to overcome difficulties to successfully complete the assigned tasks.

On this occasion, medical workers of Hospital 30-4 under the Ministry of Public Security offered health checkups and medicinesfor 400 poor locals in Loc Bac and Loc Bao communes of Bao Lam district, Lam Dong province.
Deputy Minister Nguyen Van Thanh encouraged the local people and praised the staff of the 30-4 Hospital for their meaningful social activities.
Within the framework of his visit, Lieutenant General Nguyen Van Thanh, leaders of the Lam Dong People's Committee and the Directorate of the Lam Dong Provincial Police Department, and other delegates also inquired after teachers and students at Loc Bac Secondary High School, of whom most come from poor families in the remote district of Bao Lam.
At the event, Deputy Minister Nguyen Van Thanh presented 30 bicycles to students from policy beneficiary and poor families.
His charity's activities in Lam Dong province received supports from C&C Green Technology Construction Investment Joint Stock Company (Viet Tri city, Phu Tho province) and Thinh Phat Production and Construction Investment Company Limited (No. 17/18, DHT17 street, Tan Hung Thuan ward, District 12, Ho Chi Minh city).
