Deputy Minister Nguyen Van Thanh works with Hai Phong Police
PSNews – Senior Lieutenant General Nguyen Van Thanh, Deputy Minister of Public Security led a delegation to visit and work with the Hai Phong Municipal Police.

Deputy Minister Thanh was accompanied by Major General Nguyen Minh Tuan, Deputy Chief of Office of the Ministry of Public Security (MPS) and Senior Colonel Nguyen Quoc Hung, Vice Director of the Hai Phong Municipal Police and leaders of functional units.
Deputy Minister Thanh and his delegation worked with the police of Duong Kinh, Hong Bang and Thuy Nguyen districts as well as the Criminal Police Division under the municipal police. The deputy minister highly appreciated the efforts and achievements gained by the city’s police in maintaining security and order in 2017.

Deputy Minister Thanh also asked the city’s police to further advise the local Party committees and authorities to promote the maintenance of local security and order as well as prevention and combat against crimes.
The deputy minister also took the chance to visit and extend his New Year wishes to the Party Committee, authority and people of Hong Bang district, and family of Mr. Le Van Thu, former Director of the Hai Phong Municipal Police.
