Dong Nai Police grants amnestied prisoners loans

PSNews – The Dong Nai Provincial Police on December 1st handed amnesty decisions of the President to 42 inmates who are serving prison sentences in the province’s prisons and temporary detention houses.
At the meeting, Director of the Dong Nai Police - Huynh Tien Manh stressed, the amnesty displays the clemency policy of the State and Party toward the prisoners who have strictly followed the rules and regulations of the prisons and well implemented their sentences.
The Dong Nai Police hoped all the amnestied prisoners this time will soon reintegrate into the community; become good citizens, be useful for their families and society but will not commit offences again.
Also at the meeting, the Dong Nai Police granted a loan of 80 million VND from the Security Fund to 3 special amnestied prisoners with the aim of helping them settle down their lives soon.
