PSNews - Traffic police team No.12 of the Hanoi Traffic Police immediately deployed its force to the flooded place to support people after receiving information about a section of road flooded.

At about 9pm on October 11, the traffic team was reported that the road section from km 424 to km 424+400 was flooded due to heavy rains, causing large traffic congestions.
The traffic police team No.12, including Colonel Le van Tuan, Captain Nguyen Ngoc Thuan, Captain Do Tu Thien, and Lieutenant Le Hoai Nam quickly showed up to that place to help people and vehicles get out of the flooded area.
At the scene, a long line of vehicles were almost unable to move as the 500m section of road was submerged in water.
The team in collaboration with some local volunteers checked the road and placed danger warning signs and then pushed each car or motorbike out of danger zones.
In deep flooded areas, some police officers stood under the rain to guide the traffic there, helping people avoid possible accidents.
