Officers and soldiers of the Hoi An Municipal Police have actively joined a blood donation drive of Quang Nam province, highlighting the Public Security Forces’ noble spirit in serving the community, particularly sick people.
The Steering Committee of Voluntary Blood Donation of Quang Nam province launched a voluntary blood donation drive on June 6 morning, in Hoi An, with the participation of over 450 officers, soldiers and young people.
This movement is expected to receive over 400 blood units for the Quang Nam Hematology and Blood Transfusion Center, the Quang Nam General Hospital, the Bac Quang Nam General Hospital and the General Hospital of the Quang Nam mountainous area, contributing to ensuring a quality and sufficient source of blood for medical treatment.
The Steering Committee of Voluntary Blood Donation of Quang Nam province is scheduled to hold the second voluntary blood donation drive in December 2017. By Linh Bui
