Lao Cai Provincial Police receives the third-class Fatherland Protection Order

PSNews - The Lao Cai Provincial Police celebrated its 70th founging anniversary (August 12, 1947 - 2017) and received the third-class Fatherland Protection Order on October 14 morning.  

During 70 years building its force, fighting crimes and growing, the police force of Lao Cai province has constantly grown up in strength and successfully fulfilled the assignments of ensuring national security, social order and safety. The force has always been loyal to the Party and people.

During our two tough resistence wars, police officers and soldiers of Lao Cai province upheld a sense of indomitability and was always ready to go to war.

Deputy Minister Nguyen Van Thanh presenting gift to the Lao Cai Provincial Police. 

Speaking at the ceremony, Senior Lieutenant General Nguyen Van Thanh, Deputy Minister of Public Security applauded and congratulated the Lao Cai Provincial Police on their outstanding victories and achievements over the past 70 years.

He asked the force to continuously implement Resolutions of the Central Party Committee of Public Security, Directives of the Minister of Public Security and complete all assignments relating to ensuring security, defence and promoting local socio-economic development as well as follow the Uncle Ho's Six Teachings to Public Security Forces.

On behalf of the President, Mr Thanh presented the third-class Fatherland Protection Order to the Lao Cai Provincial Police and the first-class Feat of Arm Order to Senior Colonel DinhTien Quan, chief of the unit.

On this occasion, the Lao Cai Provincial Police also inaugurated its Memorial Hall of President Ho Chi Minh and its traditional hall.
