MPS, Ministry of Construction sign Coordination Regulation

The Ministry of Public Security and Ministry of Construction held a ceremony to sign their coordination regulations in ensuring national security, social order and safety, crime control in the construction sector on September 10.

Minister To Lam and Minister Pham Hong Ha sign the coordination regulations between the Ministry of Public Security and the Ministry of Construction.

The ceremony was co-chaired by General To Lam, Minister of Public Security, and Pham Hong Ha, Minister of Construction and attended by other leaders of the two ministries.

At the signing ceremony, Minister To Lam affirmed that the coordination regulations will create an important legal basis for the two ministries to promote comprehensive cooperation in the working fields of the two sectors.

He also suggested that, the two ministries should implement effectively the coordination regulations and annually rotate the chairmanship to review the results of the bilateral coordination and draw up a specific coordination plan for the following year.

On this occasion, Minister To Lam awarded “National Security Protection” medals to leaders of the Ministry of Construction. Meanwhile, Minister Pham Hong Ha awarded “For the Cause of Construction" medals to leaders of the Ministry of Public Security.
