MPS: New dorm and canteen for ethnic students in Phieng Pan

Under the authority of the leaders of the Ministry of Public Security (MPS), Senior Colonel Nguyen Hong Nguyen, Deputy Chief of the MPS’ Office led a delegation to attend a ceremony to break ground for a project to build a new dorm and canteen for ethnic students at boarding primary school and secondary school in Phieng Pan commune, Mai Son district, Son La province.

Recently, the MPS called upon donors to fund for the building of the new dorm and canteeninthe primary and secondary schools in Phien Pan commune. The project aims at improving the living conditions for ethnic students.

Speaking at the ceremony, Senior Colonel Nguyen Hong Nguyen stated that the Son La Provincial Police Department and local authorities had completed the procedures so the project will soon be implemented. He expressed his sincere thanks to the local government for their joining this meaningful activity.

At the ceremony, the Son La Agribank, the Hoa Binh Mineral Exploiting and Processing Joint Stock Company, TNG Holdings Vietnam and GS Group presented education equipment to Phieng Pan Primary and Secondary School.
