Medical staff of Cambodia’s Ministry of Interior trained in Vietnam
PSNews-The April 30 Hospital under the Ministry of Public Security held a ceremony to open the 2nd phase of the training course for medical officers of Cambodia’s Ministry of Interior.

Major General Tong Manh Chinh, Director of the April 30 Hospital attended and addressed the event.
The ceremony also saw the presence of Lieutenant General Toun Narith, Deputy Director of the Medical Department and Lieutenant General Oum Somaly, Director of the May 16 Hospital under the Interior Ministry of Cambodia.

The training course will provide special subjects on resuscitation and minor surgery for doctors and nurses.
During the first phase of the course, ended on March 11, 2016, the participants were provided with the basic knowledge of resuscitation and minor surgery. This phase aimed to equip key health workers of the Cambodia Ministry of Interior with competent management skills and abilities as well as to enhance specialist knowledge and perfect their practical skills on resuscitation and minor surgery.
