The event also witnessed the presence of Mr. Nguyen Nhan Chien, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Bac Ninh Provincial Party’s Committee and representatives of the Provincial People’s Committee, People’s Council as well as representatives of other units under the Ministry of Public Security, Ministry of Defense, Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism.

The Ly Thuong Kiet temple project with 20 items in Tam Giang commune, Yen Phong district has been approved by the Bac Ninh Provincial People’s Committee. As it is an important project of Bac Ninh province to express gratitude to the predecessor, national hero Ly Thuong Kiet, the authority has mobilized local people and businesses to invest in the construction.

Accordingly, the main temple costing over 40 billion VND has been funded by Hung Ngan Company and SHB bank. The construction was completed on time on October 27.

The Ly Thuong Kiet statue costing 10 billion VND and funded by An Vien Company is expected to be completed by the end of 2017.

Besides, local people and other businesses such as Catalan Company and Song Da Corporation have contributed to the construction of the whole project.

On this occasion, Minister of Public Security To Lam also offered incense at the Ly Thuong Kiet old temple and at the Den Xa national relic site.
