Minister To Lam presents “For National Security” Medal to leader of National Political Publishing House
The Ministry of Public Security, in coordination with the National Political Publishing House, in May held a solemn ceremony to award a Medal “For National Security” and the Medal “Great contributions to publication of the Party and the State’s political, theoretical and law books” to leaders of the two units.

General, Prof., Dr. To Lam, Politburo Member and Minister of Public Security, and Mr. Pham Chi Thanh, Acting Director and Editor-in-chief of the National Political Publishing House, co-chaired the ceremony.
At the ceremony, Minister To Lam spoke highly of the coordination and support from the leadership and staff of the National Political Publishing House.
The unit has published many important documents of People's Public Security Forces related to the implementation ofthe Party's guidelines and the State's policies and laws on protection of national security and social order as well as prevention and fight against activities by hostile forces.

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Pham Chi Thanh emphasized that many valuable books by the MPS’s leaders, particularly General To Lam, have successfully been edited and published by the publisher.
Recognizing his contributions, the National Political Publishing House awarded General To Lam with the Medal “Great contributions to publication of the Party and the State’s political, theoretical and law books.”
